3. Girl athletes Mandeep Kaur and Juana Murmu of India found accused of doping.  Mandeep Kaur who won     Gold Madel and Juana Murmu who rurnished fourth in the Asian Games are  suspended by Athletic Fedration  of India (AFI).

4. Christin Legarde (Former French Finance Minister) became the IMF         Chief over controversial status of Former IMF Chief Straus Kahn.
